Getting started with HelpCue is easier and faster than ever. Our goal has always been and continues to be giving you a frictionless and pleasant experience. Joining the queue, changing a question, advancing the queue and adding an answer is one click away. The newest enhancements are in that spirit.

1. You can now sign in using your Google Account. No configuration, no forms to fill out, no hassle.

2. The process of inviting users to your classroom is more streamlined. All users can join in seconds by using one access token. Or alternatively you can send them an email invitation by using our nifty form.

3. With a simple dropdown you can give or take away admin privileges. Simple, intuitive, and easy to use.

4. The help queue can now be sorted by time or question popularity. When sorting by time, the newest questions will go to the back of the queue. When sorting by popularity, the questions that resonate the most with people will appear at the top. Students are encouraged to click the “me-too” button on a question to propel it to the top.

5. Over time you will accumulate questions that have been answered. Now you can easily export these questions as a CSV file. Whether you want this data for analysis or just as a backup, we’ve made it easy to access.
